  • long stem broccoli

Steps

  1. Form a tin foil 1 boat.
  2. Chop pak choi some , long stem broccoli some , spring onion some , garlic some .
  3. Make a sauce with soy sauce 50 g, teriyaki sauce 25 g, brown sugar 25 g, and oyster/mushroom sauce 5 g to taste.
  4. Add vegetables to boat, and place salmon 2 fillets on top. Cover with sauce and seal up foil boat.
  5. Place in the oven for ⏲️ 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
